About the training program
As a result of training, the following competencies are acquired: 1. knowledge of quality management ideology, modern methods of researching production processes to identify productive actions and losses, means and tools for optimal design and research of quality management systems, as well as trends in their development; 2. the ability to develop and research processes for planning, managing, ensuring, and improving the quality of products and services at all stages of the life cycle; 3. knowledge of methods for searching, analyzing, and systematizing information in the direction of preparation using modern information technologies.
