About the training program
As a result of training, the following competencies are acquired:
1. knowledge of the ideology of quality management, modern methods of studying production processes in order to identify productive actions and losses, means and tools for optimal design and research of quality management systems, as well as trends in their development;
2. the ability to develop and study the processes of planning, management, ensuring and improving the quality of products and services at all stages of the life cycle;
3. knowledge of methods for searching, analyzing and systematizing information in the field of training using modern information technologies.
