About the training program
Training of specialists is carried out in the following profiles: 1. Nanotechnology and diagnostics (training in the field of modern materials science and diagnostics of nanostructures allows obtaining all the necessary competencies necessary for the development of nanomaterials and technological processes in the design and creation of nanosystems for nanoelectronics, micro- and nanosystem technology, bionanosystems). 2. Nano- and microsystem engineering (training in the development, design, production, and operation of nano- and microsystems, including various types of micro- and nanosensors, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and microanalytical instruments).
