About the training program
The training of specialists is carried out in the following profiles:
1. Nanotechnology and diagnostics (training in the field of modern materials science and diagnostics of nanostructures allows you to obtain all the necessary competencies required for the development of nanomaterials and technological processes in the design and creation of nanosystems for nanoelectronics, micro- and nanosystem technology, bionanosystems).
2. Nano- and microsystem technology (training in the field of development, design, production and operation of nano- and microsystems, including various types of micro- and nanosensors, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and microanalytical devices).
