For applicants to full-time and part-time study programs: medical certificates—Form 086-у (for applicants to higher education institutions); a vaccination certificate confirming immunization against measles, diphtheria, and tuberculosis; blood test results for HIV, RW, and hepatitis B (medical certificates must be submitted upon entry into the Russian Federation). A document confirming the equivalence of education previously obtained in countries outside the former Soviet Union, the Baltic states, and Georgia.

For applicants from visa-required countries, the University issues an official invitation to obtain an entry study visa from the Consular Section of the Russian Embassy in the applicant’s country of residence. Foreign nationals applying for admission within the quota for the education of foreign citizens at Russian universities, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, may submit their documents ONLY IF THEY HAVE A REFERRAL FOR STUDY FROM THE RUSSIAN MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND HIGHER EDUCATION.
