The Career and Competency Development Center was established on November 28, 2022, by order of the Rector to provide comprehensive employment support to students and graduates.
Employment assistance
Regular organization of events promoting the employment of students and graduates (job fairs, career days, master classes, meetings, etc.);
Interaction with employment services and local self-government bodies on matters related to the employment of students and graduates;
Participation in the development and subsequent administration of the University’s digital employment platform;
Identification of potential employers whose activities correspond to the professional competencies acquired through higher education programs, and ensuring the conclusion of cooperation agreements with them;
Assessment of students’ and graduates’ transversal competencies (soft skills) and development of individual development trajectories;
Cooperation with ANO «Russia — Land of Opportunity» to develop and improve the transversal competencies (soft skills) of the University’s students and graduates.
