About the training program

The graduate acquires theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the development of integrated circuits and micro- and nanoelectronic devices, mainly for wireless communication, navigation, and radar systems. The program combines fundamental and applied knowledge in the field of computer-aided design (engineering) of integrated circuits and micro- and nanoelectronic devices, including the development of chip topology for both analog and digital types; the use of digital programmable logic integrated circuits and microcontrollers.

  • Использование методов моделирования и оптимизации при проектировании устройств микро- и наноэлектроники
  • Использовать программируемые логические интегральные схемы для цифровой обработки сигналов
