The program trains specialists in the fundamental and applied aspects of welding processes, combining in-depth theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Students study the physicochemical foundations of weld formation, the thermodynamics and kinetics of welding processes, as well as modern methods of mathematical modeling. Special attention is paid to: • The theory of thermal processes in welding • Metallurgical phenomena in the fusion zone • The formation of the structure and properties of welds • Deformations and stresses in welded structures The program includes experimental research using modern welding equipment and computer-based analysis systems.
