The programme trains well-rounded professionals to work in public administration bodies at all levels. The training is practice-oriented and aimed at developing competencies for leadership positions in state and municipal bodies, enterprises, institutions, and corporations. Students learn to draft regulatory legal acts, participate in budget planning, analyse the socio-economic situation, and work with digital technologies in the e-government system. The programme is implemented with the participation of the authorities of St Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast, Rosfinmonitoring, and municipalities.
