About the training program

The program provides knowledge and skills in theoretical and experimental research, mathematical and computer modeling, design of microectronic and nanoelectronic devices of various functional purposes, combining fundamental and applied knowledge of practical research methods, synthesis and application of materials, components, instruments, electronic devices, technological processes for production of state-of-the-art electronic equipment.

What will they teach you?

  • Determine and measure parameters of microectronic and nanoelectronic components and devices for various functional purposes
  • Select functional materials and manufacturing processes for manufacturing microectronic and nanoelectronic devices
  • Develop devices and instruments for semiconductor microectronic and nanoelectronic equipment
  • Model electronic devices of various functional purposes
  • Develop basic electrical circuits for digital and analog units
