About the training program

The program is aimed at acquiring knowledge, skills, and abilities in the field of theoretical and experimental research, mathematical and computer modeling, design of micro- and nanoelectronics objects of various functional purposes, combining fundamental and applied knowledge in the field of practical methods of research, synthesis, and application of materials, components, instruments, devices of electronic technology, technological processes of production of modern electronics.

  • Select functional materials and manufacturing processes for manufacturing microectronic and nanoelectronic devices
  • Develop devices and instruments for semiconductor microectronic and nanoelectronic equipment
  • Model electronic devices of various functional purposes
  • Develop basic electrical circuits for digital and analog units
