About the training program

The goal is to prepare professional universal technologists capable of solving fundamental and applied tasks in the field of creating and researching nanomaterials, materials of electronic technology, as well as devices of microsystem technology and microelectronics. Students study nanomaterial and nanosystem technologies in depth. The program is based on two main components: - nanotechnologies and nanomaterials; - materials and products of microsystem technology.

What will they teach you?

  • Modeling and programming complex physical, chemical, and technological processes using the latest software products and databases (COMSOL Multiphysics, Thermocalc, SolidWorks, AutoCad, etc.)
  • Skills in working with modern technological and analytical equipment
  • Nanotechnology in microelectronics
  • Physicochemical foundations of technological processes in microsystem technology
  • Physical foundations of micro- and nanosystem technology
