About the training program

The goal is to train professional universal technologists capable of solving fundamental and applied problems in the field of creating and researching nanomaterials, materials for electronic engineering, as well as devices in microsystem technology and microelectronics. Students delve deeply into the study of nanomaterial and nanosystem technologies. The program is based on two main components: - Nanotechnology and nanomaterials; - Materials and products of microsystem technology.

What will they teach you?

  • Modeling and programming complex physical, chemical, and technological processes using the latest software products and databases (COMSOL Multiphysics, Thermocalc, SolidWorks, AutoCad, etc.)
  • Skills in working with modern technological and analytical equipment
  • Nanotechnology in microelectronics
  • Physicochemical foundations of technological processes in microsystem technology
  • Physical foundations of micro- and nanosystem technology

What do graduates do?

Graduates are in-demand specialists with broad expertise in the most relevant areas of technology—nanotechnology and the technology of microelectronics and microsystem products.
