The postgraduate program “Physical Electronics” is designed to train highly qualified specialists capable of conducting fundamental and applied research in the field of the physical foundations of electronics, microelectronics, and nanoelectronics, as well as developing innovative electronic devices and technologies. The program provides an in-depth understanding of the physical processes underlying the operation of electronic devices and modern methods for their design, manufacture, and application. Studies are available in Russian and English.
