Theory and methods of justification, design, construction, operation, repair, and reconstruction of dams made of soil materials, concrete and reinforced concrete water retaining hydraulic structures, water supply and water passage hydraulic structures, hydraulic structures of reclamation systems, structures of river and sea ports, structures on the continental shelf, constructed in various natural and climatic conditions, including in the Arctic and in seismic hazard zones.
