About the training program
"Systems Analysis and Control in Technical Systems"
The main objective is to prepare postgraduate students to defend a dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. During your studies, you will develop skills in independent academic research, scholarly communication and, if you wish, teaching.
What do graduates do?
Graduates are in demand in research organizations, universities, industrial enterprises (oil and gas, metallurgy, energy, and mechanical engineering), IT companies, consulting firms, and centers of competence. They can work as systems analysts, control algorithm developers, researchers, and lecturers. The program includes several key components:
Research component: research activities and preparation of a dissertation.
Educational component: study of disciplines required for passing the candidate examinations (a foreign language, history and philosophy of science, and a specialized discipline).
