About the training program
The program covers key aspects of the theory and practice of quality management, including methods for assessing and analyzing product quality, modern approaches to standardization, as well as the principles of organizing production processes. It also develops critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills in quality management, production organization, and the methods and tools used to plan and manage production processes and their outcomes. As part of the program, postgraduate students study national standards, quality management systems, and the tools and methodologies used to assess, monitor, and forecast the quality of products and processes.
