About the training program
A lawyer ensures the exercise of citizens’ rights in the field of pension provision and social protection, organizes the operations of social protection institutions and bodies of the Social Fund of the Russian Federation, and carries out law enforcement and legal enforcement activities. A specialist in this field works as a lawyer in positions such as legal counsel; passport office or human resources specialist; junior investigator; assistant to a notary or attorney; and court secretary.
Practical training is carried out at pension provision and social protection organizations, law enforcement agencies, and courts (Multifunctional Centers (MFCs), the Social Fund of Russia (SFR), and the State Labour Inspectorate).
