What do graduates do?
The program is aimed at young people planning a career in personnel management, HR manager, specialist in selection, development and training, assessment and certification, motivation and team building of personnel, specialist in personnel management and management consulting. Our graduates have the opportunity to work in law enforcement agencies (Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Penitentiary Service, army, Ministry of Emergency Situations), personnel services of organizations and enterprises, personnel and consulting centers, personnel selection and assessment centers, as well as psychological assistance centers, family and marriage services.
