DSTU creates comfortable and effective conditions for the development of individual career trajectories, promotes the inclusion of university graduates in the personnel reserve of partner organizations, and annually holds the "DSTU Career Day" – the main event for the employment of students and graduates, with the participation of leading employers.

Employment assistance

Strategic partners of DGTU are more than 150 large enterprises, institutions, and organizations. Twenty-one corporate departments have been created and operate jointly with partner companies and enterprises. Educational programs are formed jointly with the employer, practical bases are provided, and most graduates are already employed by the time they complete the program. DSTU implements a project-based training format, within which students solve technological tasks of companies and enterprises, allowing graduates to acquire knowledge and competencies necessary for successful employment and further career. 78% of DSTU graduates are employed.
