- понимать закономерности возрастного развития детей и консультировать родителей и учителей по вопросам воспитания и обучения
- разрабатывать как основные, так и дополнительные образовательные программы и учебные материалы с учетом инновационных подходов.
- разрабатывать и внедрять коррекционные и развивающие программы для детей, в том числе с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (ОВЗ)
- разрешать конфликтные ситуации между учениками, родителями и педагогами, создавать благоприятную образовательную атмосферу.
