About the training program
Within the framework of the program, specialists are trained who possess skills in modeling and designing business processes, building the business architecture of the enterprise. They are capable of conducting analysis, optimization, and/or reengineering of the enterprise's business processes. Such specialists are able to assess the effectiveness of enterprise business processes, organize process transformation of the organization and business modeling, build a process-oriented organization and culture, and implement process management in enterprises.
