- Residential premises in dormitories are provided to students in need of residential premises in dormitories under the main educational programs of secondary vocational and higher education in full-time and part-time-part-time forms of study for the entire period of study and for the period of passing intermediate and state final certification to students under these educational programs in part-time forms of study
