About the training program
During their studies, students are actively involved in conducting research work: analyzing the structural features of genes of hereditary diseases, searching for molecular genetic markers of predisposition to multifactorial pathology, molecular genetic studies of populations and analyzing ancient DNA. Particular attention is paid to studying the structure and functions of molecules that make up living organisms, metabolism, bioenergetic mechanisms and principles of regulation of metabolic processes; biochemical foundations of pathological processes and immunity of humans and other organisms.
