About the university
I.N. Ulyanov CSU is the flagship of higher education of the Chuvash Republic, a forge of personnel for the electrical engineering cluster of Chuvashia and Russia, a reliable start for a career in any field of activity.

Medicine is a childhood dream, I want to help people and benefit society. Chuvash State University attracted me with its good reputation, quality educational program and accessibility for international students. I saw that here I could be given all the necessary knowledge and skills to become a qualified doctor.Cheboksary is not just a city for me, it is my second homeland, it is the love I received from the locals. 0 0
University infrastructure
University Hospital
Anyone can take tests, have an ultrasound scan, be examined by a specialist, have a massage course or a medical check-up - the clinic offers low prices for all services.
Science Library
The library contains a significant number of textbooks, scientific journals, monographs and other sources of information; it has comfortable reading rooms with WI-FI access and a comfortable environment for productive work.
Universitetsky’ swimming pool
The pool includes six lanes with a length of 25 metres. The pool is equipped with an ozonisation and water filtration system, temperature sensors. The sports facility is fully equipped for comfortable stay and swimming lessons: changing rooms, showers, there is a spacious car park on the territory.
Palace of Culture
The Palace of Culture of ChuvSU is a modern venue where concerts, plays, theatrical performances, exhibitions, lectures by experts in various fields of science, culture and art are regularly organised and held for a wide audience.
Hostels
Chuvash State University has 9 dormitories, where more than 3000 students live. Eight of them are located in the city of Cheboksary and one in Novocheboksarsk.
Six dormitories form the Student Campus, located within walking distance from the main building of the University.
