About the training program

The program prepares concert performers, teachers, and orchestra musicians. Students develop skills on their principal instrument (piano, string, wind, and other instruments), and study teaching methods, the history and theory of music, harmony, counterpoint, and musical form analysis. The program includes chamber ensembles, accompanist training, and orchestral practice. Practical training consists of regular solo performances, participation in ensembles and orchestras, and teaching practice. Graduates work as performers, teachers at children's music schools and universities, accompanists, and directors of creative groups in theaters and cultural institutions.
