About the training program
The programme trains conductors of choral and orchestral ensembles, teachers, and choirmasters. Students master conducting technique and learn to work with choirs and orchestras, while studying solfeggio, harmony, counterpoint, musical form analysis, music history, and choral literature. The programme includes score reading, rehearsal work, the development of vocal and choral skills, and teaching methodology. Practical training involves conducting student ensembles, participating in concerts, and completing teaching practice. Graduates work as conductors, choirmasters, choir artists, and teachers at music schools, colleges, and universities; as directors of creative ensembles; and in theatres and philharmonic societies.
