About the training program
The program prepares specialists for research, educational, and applied activities in spatial analysis and territorial planning. Students study physical and socio-economic geography, geographic information systems (GIS), mapping methods, geoecology, landscape science, and regional studies in depth. The program includes fieldwork, work with spatial data, and training in geospatial analysis software. An important component is a research project supervised by an academic advisor. Graduates work at research institutes, government bodies, design and environmental organizations.
