About the training program
The Master’s program in “State and Municipal Administration” at Chuvash State University trains specialists to work in public authorities, local self-government bodies, and state institutions. Students acquire knowledge and skills in strategic planning, the budget process, management of government programs, the legal foundations of civil service, anti-corruption policy, and digital technologies in public administration. Particular attention is paid to the project-based approach, engagement with society, and evaluating the effectiveness of management decisions. The program includes project work on real-life tasks of government bodies, research activities, and internships at ministries and local administrations.
