About the training program
The program trains concert performers, teachers, and leaders in the field of musical arts. Students develop their performance skills on their chosen instrument, study teaching methods, the history and theory of performance, current trends in concert practice, arranging, and ensemble work. The program includes individual lessons, concert practice, teaching practicums, and participation in creative competitions. A key component is the preparation of a concert program and a master’s thesis (creative research project) under the supervision of an academic adviser. Graduates work as performers, accompanists, teachers, and directors of creative ensembles.
