About the training program
The program trains specialists to diagnose and treat diseases of the nervous system. Residents learn neurological examination techniques and how to interpret MRI, CT, EEG, ENMG, and lumbar puncture findings, as well as how to recognize strokes, epilepsy, neurodegenerative, demyelinating, and neuromuscular diseases. The program includes clinical practice in neurology departments and vascular centers, case discussions of acute and chronic conditions, simulation-based training, and the study of clinical guidelines and emergency care protocols. Graduates are proficient in diagnostic algorithms, treatment selection, rehabilitation planning, dispensary follow-up, and cooperation with specialists in related fields.
