About the training program
The program trains broadly qualified physicians to work in outpatient clinics and inpatient facilities. Residents master the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the internal organs (cardiovascular, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, renal, and endocrine diseases), learn to interpret laboratory and instrumental data, and develop patient management strategies for comorbid conditions. The program includes clinical practice in internal medicine departments and outpatient clinics, discussion of complex cases, training in the use of current clinical guidelines, emergency care skills, and preventive follow-up.
