About the training program
The program trains physicians to provide specialized care to patients with malignant neoplasms. Residents acquire skills in early diagnosis, staging, and determining treatment strategies (surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy), and learn to interpret CT, MRI, PET/CT, histological, and molecular genetic reports. The program includes clinical practice at oncology dispensaries and inpatient hospitals, multidisciplinary case discussions, training in patient management protocols, and the principles of palliative care and rehabilitation.
