About the training program
The program trains dentists to restore defects of the dentoalveolar system and provide prosthetic treatment. Residents master diagnostic methods, including digital impressions, cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT), and occlusal analysis; types of prosthetic treatment, including fixed, removable, and conditionally removable prostheses; and the use of ceramics, zirconia, composites, and CAD/CAM technologies, as well as the principles of implant prosthodontics and orthodontic preparation. The program includes clinical practice in prosthodontic departments, simulation training, reviews of complex clinical cases, the study of masticatory system biomechanics, methods for correcting temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, patient management protocols, and collaboration with general dentists, surgeons, and orthodontists.
