About the training program
The program aims to provide professional training for a new generation of managers capable of comprehensively addressing the challenges of effectively managing corporations and their structural units based on ERG values (an integrated business eco-environment + social responsibility + a new quality of corporate management). A master’s graduate in corporate governance:
- develops and improves corporate governance policies and practices;
- ensures that all governing bodies of the corporation comply with internal rules and regulations;
- is responsible for ensuring that corporate management complies with procedural requirements guaranteeing the exercise of shareholders’ rights and protection of their interests.
