About the training program
The aim of the programme is to develop knowledge and practical skills in the field of legislation governing entrepreneurial activity. Graduates of the programme are lawyers who understand the intricacies of legislation governing entrepreneurial activity; provide professional legal support for business transactions (supply contracts, lease agreements, work contracts), the registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, and the licensing of entrepreneurial activities; conduct legal risk analyses when contracts are concluded and performed; assess the legality of entrepreneurial activities; handle pre-litigation claims and court proceedings; and provide legal support in bankruptcy cases.
