A financial lawyer is a specialist with expertise in the legal aspects of lending and investment activities, capital management, accounting and auditing, interaction with financial and tax authorities and financial control bodies. They possess skills in analyzing financial activities and contract work, as well as expertise in the financial sector. They are prepared to provide legal support for financial operations and transactions (credit transactions, securities trading, etc.); register and license credit institutions and other financial organizations; provide legal hedging of risks; analyze the legality of foreign exchange transactions; and provide legal representation in financial matters.
