About the training program
Special (defectological) education, the profile "Surdopedagogy (Primary Education of Children with Hearing Impairment)" is aimed at obtaining basic knowledge about the general patterns of teaching and raising children with hearing impairment. The educational program allows for the preparation of specialists who are proficient in methods and techniques of teaching and raising children with hearing impairment, taking into account educational needs, modern technologies of corrective work, skills in developing individual development programs, and methods of interaction with the family raising a child with hearing impairment.
What do graduates do?
After graduation, you can: work in educational institutions for children with hearing and speech impairments as primary school teachers and teachers of Russian language and literature in primary schools; as teachers-defectologists, educators, tutors, assistants (assistants) work in preschool educational institutions as deaf educators, educators work in hearing and speech laboratories at medical institutions as deaf educators, defectologists work in home education conditions as teachers-defectologists, providing individual education to children with hearing and speech impairments work in educational institutions of inclusive education to ensure psychological and pedagogical
