About the training program
The educational program “Business Process Management in the Tourism Industry” focuses on developing key competencies in the organization, analysis, modeling, and comprehensive management of business processes, as well as on reducing the impact of risks on the financial and economic activities of enterprises in order to ensure competitive advantages in tourism markets.
