About the training program
The program is intended for those who plan to work or are already working in specialist and managerial positions in state and municipal authorities, state and municipal institutions and enterprises, public-sector organizations (education, culture, healthcare), public organizations, commercial organizations (specialist in relations with state and municipal structures) and non-profit organizations, as well as scientific and educational organizations, but do not have a relevant specialized education.
