About the training program
The profile “Quality Management in Production and Technological Systems and the Service Sector” is aimed at training qualified specialists who are able to plan, ensure, monitor, and improve quality-related activities at manufacturing enterprises and service organizations; develop, implement, and ensure the effective operation of modern quality management systems; and be responsible for the consistently high quality of an organization’s products or services. A quality management specialist plans and implements measures to increase an organization’s competitiveness, improves the enterprise’s technological processes, participates in staff training, etc.
