About the training program
The program prepares specialists in: land resource management; land management for the purpose of ensuring rational use of soils and their protection; development of a system of measures to increase the efficiency of soil and land use using modern GIS technologies; conducting state land cadastre, soil-ecological, soil-landscape, soil-reclamation, soil-mapping, and assessment works; organization of agrochemical support for agriculture; management of soil fertility quality.
What do graduates do?
Graduates work as soil engineers, soil resource experts, organizers and managers of assessment activities, state cadastral accounting, assessment, monitoring, and certification of soils and lands. Graduates work in the field of land relations and supervision, environmental auditing and management; organizations for monitoring, reclamation, rational use, and protection of soils. They are specialists in soil and landscape planning of territories. They can work as experts in forensic soil expertise in design organizations for soil inspection during the construction of infrastructure facilities and geological exploration. They conduct activities in science and education.
