About the training program
The program prepares new-type personnel specialists capable of developing and implementing a personnel strategy, developing corporate culture, and making informed personnel decisions. The training integrates knowledge in management, economics, psychology, and labor law. Students have the opportunity to receive a parallel education in the field of IT technologies and graduate with two diplomas.
