About the training program
The program is focused on developing the competencies of graduates capable of participating in the formation of human resource management strategy and developing personnel behavior tactics under given production conditions in the company, taking into account the dynamics of changes in influencing factors of the external environment. The main goal of the program is to apply a competence-based approach to form basic theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and competencies necessary for conducting a strategic assessment of human resource management policy and practice in the organization.
