About the training program
The program prepares specialists in such areas as the physics and technology of materials, components, and devices of modern heterostructural nanoelectronics, microwave electronics, and optoelectronics. Students study the physics of semiconductors and nanosystems, the basics of circuit engineering, technologies of modern electronics, design and modeling of electronic devices, and receive unique practical training. A distinctive feature of the program is the emphasis on new, non-silicon technologies, nanomaterial design, and the development of components with specified characteristics based on new physical principles.
