About the training program
The program combines fundamental physical-mathematical and general engineering training, which will allow the graduate to quickly adapt to the actively developing field of radiophotonics, master new areas of science and technology, and unique disciplines dedicated to the physics of semiconductors and nanostructures, technologies of electronic and photonic component base.
What do graduates do?
Graduates who have completed the program are engineers-physicists and technologists, developers of the component base and devices of radiophotonics, optoelectronics, and THz photonics. The main directions of scientific activity: Design, epitaxial growth, and research of quantum-cascade lasers, photoconducting antennas, and other optoelectronic and radiophotonic devices, nanolithography, metallization, planarization, and precision surface processing technologies for crystal plates
