About the training program
The university is implementing a program aimed at developing the competencies of future specialists in the field of youth policy, scientific, and project activities. Students study a wide range of disciplines, including the basics of the state youth policy of the Russian Federation, youth psychology, social work technologies, and project management. Theoretical training is combined with active extracurricular activities, where students master methods of organizing work with youth, interacting with government bodies and public associations
What do graduates do?
specialists in youth affairs bodies and institutions of youth affairs bodies at the federal, regional, and municipal levels, in youth and children's public associations, volunteer, charitable organizations, social service organizations, and others. The main duties of a youth work specialist include solving comprehensive tasks for the implementation of youth policy in the fields of labor, law, politics, science and education, culture and sports, communication, healthcare, interaction with state organizations and public institutions, youth and children's public associations, as well as with employers
