About the training program
The program "Foreign Regional Studies (Arctic Regional Studies)" is aimed at training specialists in the study of the Arctic region as a key geopolitical and economic space. Students study international relations, geopolitics, economics, and ecology of the Arctic, including issues of global warming, resource development, and cooperation between countries (Russia, USA, Canada, Norway, etc.). The network form with SPbPU Peter the Great provides joint courses, practices, and projects. The program includes theoretical disciplines, case analysis, field research, and the development of regional development strategies.
