About the training program
The program "Physical Culture (Training in the Field of Physical Culture and Mass Sports)" is aimed at training specialists in organizing and conducting training in mass sports, taking into account the peculiarities of the North (Yakutia, Arctic). Students study methods of mass physical education adapted to cryolithosonic conditions: group classes in winter sports (skiing, skating, national games of Evenks and Yakuts), prevention of diseases from inactivity in the cold, development of fitness programs for the population. Includes sports physiology, sports event management, inclusive training and digitalization (monitoring apps, online platforms for mass marathons).
