About the training program
This master’s degree program, specializing in “Constitutional and Legal Issues in the Organization and Activities of State and Municipal Authorities of the Russian Federation,” is designed to train highly qualified lawyers for the public administration system. Students study current issues of constitutional law in depth, including mechanisms of interaction between public authorities, the legal foundations of local self-government, and the protection of citizens’ rights. Graduates acquire advanced competencies for legislative and expert-analytical work and successfully pursue careers in government agency administrations, judicial bodies, municipalities, and human rights organizations.
