About the training program
This postgraduate programme is designed to train highly qualified research and academic personnel in the fields of physical electronics, condensed matter physics and nanosystems, as well as theoretical and mathematical physics. Postgraduate students focus on studying physical phenomena in solid-state micro- and nanostructures, particle emission processes, and the operating principles of vacuum, plasma and microwave electronics. The programme fully complies with the Federal State Requirements (FGT) and includes advanced theoretical training, research practice, the conduct of scientific research, and preparation of a dissertation for defence with publication of the results.
