About the training program
The postgraduate program prepares research scholars and highly qualified academic teachers in criminal law, criminology, criminal procedure, criminalistics, and forensic examination. Postgraduate students study patterns of crime prevention and counteraction, mechanisms of criminal liability, crime investigation methodology, and the foundations of criminological prevention. The program complies with the Federal State Requirements (FSR) and provides in-depth study of criminal law theories, comparative analysis methodology, and current judicial practice. It is aimed at conducting independent research, writing academic articles, and defending a Candidate of Sciences dissertation.
