Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

Important information
After enrollment at RTU MIREA, foreign nationals are required to submit: - to the Institute of International Education: a medical certificate endorsed by the official healthcare authority of the sending country, with a Russian translation, or a certificate in the SEMD-196 form (medical professional consultative report); SNILS (if available); 3 photographs. - to the Office of International Relations: a passport with a Russian translation; a migration card bearing a mark confirming the crossing of the border of the Russian Federation and stating the purpose of arrival as “study” for full-time students (except citizens of the Republic of Belarus); a study visa for citizens of countries subject to a visa regime; a voluntary medical insurance policy (if unavailable, it can be arranged through the Office of International Relations); a residence permit or temporary residence permit for the purpose of study (if available); certificates confirming completion of a medical examination (if available); a certificate confirming completion of fingerprint registration (if available).
