Admission as part of a general competition
Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

If you are required to undergo the procedure for recognition of your educational document, please complete it and obtain a certificate of recognition before submitting your documents. You will not be admitted if you do not have the certificate at the time of enrollment.
